We design and deliver bespoke fitness solutions in the form of one to one personal training sessions, and a detailed lifestyle analysis to help you get fit and stay fit! Our bespoke fitness and nutrition programmes are designed to meet your individual fitness goals, using training techniques that work in tune with individual body types, and specific nutrition requirements.
ABOUT LAIQA SHAH
A Master trainer in fitness management and exercise science, certified from the Australian Institute of Fitness. She has also been awarded a Master Trainer certification in Personal Training by the European Institute of Fitness, in Spain which is recognised by REPS in the UK, along with the European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA). Laiqa is also a Reebok Certified Fitness Coach and has actively been working as an Elite Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Consultant since 2007 with a host of satisfied and fit clients to her credit. She makes it a point to update her skills every few months and travels internationally to attend courses, conferences and workshops, so she can incorporate these into her ever changing workouts, providing her clients with the latest and most up-to-date techniques.

Your first session with Laiqa starts with a detailed consultation, and analysis to determine exactly what your body needs to get fit – and stay fit. Your current lifestyle, health history, exercise history, dietary habits,any injuries or weak areas, and most importantly, your goals are taken into consideration before a diet and exercise programme, is specifically designed for you.
Your goals could consist of all or either of the following:
> Losing Weight
> Toning Up
> Gaining Muscle
> Gaining Weight (not fat!!)
> Improving your stamina and speed
> Gaining strength
> Increasing your endurance and energy level
When the weather is good, outdoor training sessions are planned in parks, and close to nature so you get your fill of oxygen, and get the most out of the great outdoors!
